Marcus Adebayo
My Story

The agent I'd want, if I were buying my own house.

I've been a Houston realtor for ten years, and most of my work is with families buying their second or third home — move-up buyers, downsizers, people relocating to Houston for a job. The price range I live in professionally is $300K to $800K, which is where the bulk of Houston's housing market actually transacts.

I work the corners of the city I know best: Spring Branch, Oak Forest, the Heights, Bellaire, Westbury, Meyerland, Garden Oaks, Timbergrove, and the small streets that connect them. I show up. I return calls. And I tell you what I'd tell my own family about a house, even when the easy thing for me would be to push the deal forward.

If that sounds like the kind of agent you've been looking for — or you've already had the kind that wasn't — let's talk.

How I Work

Buying or selling, here's the path.

For Buyers

  1. 01

    Discovery call

15 minutes, free. Where you're at, what you want, what you can spend.

  2. 02

    Pre-approval

Connect you with lenders I trust. You find out your real number.

  3. 03

    Curated tours

I narrow the list down. We see the right homes, not all of them.

  4. 04

    Offer to close

Strategy, paperwork, inspection, closing. I handle the moving parts.

For Sellers

  1. 01

    Strategy meeting

Pricing, timing, prep budget. Honest read on what your house is worth today.

  2. 02

    Prep & stage

I tell you what's worth doing. Most sellers spend money on the wrong things.

  3. 03

    List & market

Pro photos, MLS, paid social, agent network. Done well, done fast.

  4. 04

    Negotiate & close

Offers, contingencies, closing day. Clear communication every step.
