Web Design for Real Estate Agents

Stand out from
every other agent.

Your business is one-of-one. Your website should be too. We build custom sites for Austin real estate agents that put your best foot forward when buyers and sellers come looking — and rank for the local searches that bring them to your door.

Real Estate Sites We've Built

Each one solves a different positioning problem — Heights farm, Houston listings volume, bilingual first-time buyers, Hill Country luxury. No template anywhere on the page.

Your Site, Your Edge

Where a site of your own fits in.

Your brokerage gives you a lot — MLS access, brand recognition, listing distribution. A site of your own isn't a replacement for any of that. It's the home base every other piece of your marketing — postcards, signs, business cards, social, follow-ups — can point back to. Here's what it adds:

  • A place to send everyone you meet. Every yard sign, every postcard, every Instagram bio link, every email signature can drive traffic to a site that puts your best foot forward.
  • Hyper-local search visibility. A site of your own can rank for the searches buyers actually type — "Tarrytown homes for sale," "best Realtor in Mueller" — where the bigger national sites don't focus.
  • Your story, in your voice. Buyers and sellers are choosing a person, not just a brokerage. Your site is where they get to know you before they ever pick up the phone.
  • A polished first impression on every screen. Fast, mobile-first, and built to look as professional as the work you do.

What We Build

Built for how agents actually win business.

Every real estate site we build includes the six things that turn search traffic into signed contracts.

Your brand, front and center

Your face, your voice, your story — built to make you the obvious choice. Brokerage logo and MLS compliance handled per Texas rules.

Neighborhood pages

Dedicated landing pages for every area you farm — Tarrytown, Mueller, Cedar Park, wherever — engineered to rank on the searches buyers actually type.

Leads to your inbox

Capture forms wired to your email, your CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, KW Command, and others), or both — leads land where you already work.

Featured listings

Showcase active listings, recent sales, and signature wins on your site, with a button to your full inventory wherever it lives. Optional IDX embed available when you're ready to host the full MLS directly.

Mobile-first, fast

Built to load instantly on the phone screens where most buyers start their search. No bloated brokerage templates.

Local SEO baked in

Schema markup, optimized titles, Google Business Profile setup, and the on-page foundations that get you found in local search from day one.

The Local SEO Edge

Neighborhood pages are your secret weapon.

The big real estate sites — Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin — own the broad searches like "Austin homes for sale." You won't beat them on those, and you don't need to.

You can beat them on the searches that actually matter — the ones with real intent, real local specificity, and real buyers ready to pick up the phone:

Mueller real estate agent East Austin condos for sale Best Realtor in Tarrytown Cedar Park luxury homes South Congress homes for sale

We build a dedicated landing page for every neighborhood you farm — each one written for a real human, optimized for search engines, and pointing every visitor back to one place: you.

FAQ

Common questions from agents.

Both work, and the right answer depends on your goals. The simpler approach (free): we feature a handful of hand-picked listings on your site — active, recent sales, signature wins — with a "See all my listings" button that opens your brokerage's search, your Zillow profile, or wherever your full inventory already lives. This is the right starting move for most agents. The other option (IDX, $50–$150/mo): we embed the full MLS search directly on your site so visitors browse without ever leaving. The advantage: every listing becomes a page on your domain (which helps your SEO), inquiries come straight to you, and you can offer saved searches and email alerts. We usually recommend starting simple and adding IDX once buyer-side traffic justifies the cost.
Typically 3 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Faster if your branding and content are ready; longer if we're sourcing photos, writing copy, or building out multiple neighborhood pages together.
In almost every case, yes — but you'll need to follow your brokerage's branding rules (their logo somewhere on the site, MLS attribution, your license number, fair housing disclosures). We're familiar with Texas brokerage compliance and will make sure everything required is included.
Yes. Lead forms can be wired straight to your inbox, your CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, KW Command, Salesforce, and most others), or both. We'll set up whatever workflow you already use — no new tools to learn.
Yes — for everyday updates like new listings, blog posts, testimonials, or featured properties, we can build a simple editor so you don't need us. Larger redesigns or new section builds, we handle.
